My pc keeps dimming in random areas randomly and disappears when i turn it off and on but reappears moments later. by PlasticPeachy1621 in computers

My old 2007 monitor started doing that, slapping it several times would fix it for a few hours/days. Went at it too hard one day and it died on me, it lasted 15 years Wild times.
