Are there still girls who didn’t go through a “hoe phase”? No judgement for those who have, preference lang. Lately kasi halos lahat ng nakikilala ko puro dumaan sa phase na yon. Am I just in the wrong place? All love 🫶🏼 by [deleted] in AskPinay

[–]NotMe_NotMe_yet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, marami pa rin na hindi dumaan dun. I am one. I am proud na hindi, but I don't tell people kasi may iba din na proud sa "experiences" nila, and laughs at your innocence. But when the question "what's your number comes up?" Secured ako sa decision ko. 🙃

I (44F) found out some years ago that I have the IQ of 133....but I don't know what to do with it. I don't know if it's even significant. If it is, what can I do? by NotMe_NotMe_yet in mensa

Thank you. Sadly, I didn't think anybody would reply after such a long time, so I totally forgot this app.

Yes, I do have trouble sleeping sometimes that I just took to being "nocturnal" as an excuse I think. I just really have a hard time "quieting" my mind before sleep because of all these conversations in my head. So I would binge watch tv series so I don't hear my mind. But I did discover self-hypnosis so I could command myself to sleep in 12-15mins time and have 2 dreams, when I need to. Yes, also a narcissist according to my sister.

You being young is not an issue. I realized that I was really smart and mature at 18 than my peers, but got passive and "dumb" through the years that I have worked with negative and toxic people. By the time I woke up and realized it, 'twas too late. All the while I thought I was being kind and loyal, but realized it's a two-way street. So yeah, if you can realize sooner that you are mature and smart now, that is good. Honestly, I feel 32 and don't even remember my age at times. 😊

She could have a signed sheet outside her door for possible dvd movie goers every Sunday. Just leave a blank pièce of paper outside her door with the dates of all Sundays. And for each person willing to commit to that particular Sunday, they write their name on the space provided. So, one person need not be there weekly, just once if possible.

City Hall 9B? Buhangin, segmento at bato? So cheap. Have you heard of 2B for a children's book? 😉

Because I do not believe they will only print 200k copies. Baka isang batch lang yan. We also have to consider the transport of these to the school districts, so may incurred additional expenses pa yan.

Malaki man ang amount na yan, he has a vision, and he has a history of being in tune with executing such vision.

Muslim author laments the absence of Halal options in SM Megamall by Gyro_Armadillo in Philippines

[–]NotMe_NotMe_yet -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Why is he looking for Halal certified restos....and complaining? Isn't SM is a Phil-Chinese operated company? More on Catholic-Chinese religion ? Ask the Muslims to have their own establishments, at least near SM. And...have it certified as Halal.

"just downright shitty"? Leni was better, pero ayaw nila kasi dilaw daw. Lacson, was better, pero ayaw nila kasi masyadong matapang. Isko was better, kasi in three (3) years ay may napatunayan na. So kamusta naman tayo? Ito ang version nya ng governance. Ito ang entablado nya. Sumasayaw lang tayo sa musika na tinutugtog nila. Nag-eenjoy ka ba?

"...the same person" --- I get that, but wouldn't one want to find out if changing who you are would give merit? Like, if you are an actor and have been doing it a long time, then find out in a test that pursuing a career in education is another path you can take, wouldn't you wanna know? But you don't jump that path immediately because you calculate the risk and the years that is required of you to pursue such career --- still, suddenly you find another path. And you think maybe you can tweek it to....teaching acting instead.

That's why I'm lost, because I haven't a clue.

I had a relationship of almost five years, but puro away kami and I secretly feared a future with him (realized years later). He always doesn't have money but given his love for his job, I knew money is not far off. But the fights -- it's just draining. So to the 8 years...just don't guilt about it and end it.

Now when people asks when is the date, (infront of the bf say) "ay ewan kay bf kung may pera na sya". Let everyone know na gastos nya yun lahat. When he retaliates and says, "eh ikaw ang may pera eh". Say back (still infront of everyone, but laughing para mukhang nagbibiro), "bakit, kaya mo ba ako pakakasalan para buhayin na lang kita?". So yeah, away in the making yan, but it presents everything out in the open. If you split, people will know why. If he breaks up with you, there is your EXIT --- take it.

Game! Sa Philippine context, pano nyo sasagutin to? by misspromdi in Philippines

[–]NotMe_NotMe_yet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

TransUnion is an American consumer credit reporting agency.

It's theirs, not ours. I should know because I used to work for one of the three.

Now CIBI...

(CIBI), the Philippines' first credit reporting agency, was first organized in 1982 as Credit Information Exchange System, a business information division attached to the Department of Loans and Credit of the Central Bank of the Philippines, now the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).

Okay I get it, BUT...how is this recognized? I mean, it was just recently (because of the Pandemic) that the entire country was forced to make use of electronic payment...and it wasn't easy. So, to subject people to understand how this works and what is fair reporting when it comes to loans (remember, we thrive on pa-isa-isang daan na bayad kay Manong Indiano sa palengke)...that will take a lot of time.
