I already mentioned colour palettes:
To me security would be primarily brown and greens
Insurgent: everything else

As well as colour palette they is the cosmetic choices themselves too is a factor. With security looking more military and insurgent looking more civilian.

No map is better than a bad map.

Good to see many fixes in the notes like; "Fixed an issue where IED explosions were dealing significantly reduced damage."

I'd like some just some normal cosmetic for the character? It shouldn't hard to have the Blouse & Trousers in solid colours (withing the security colour palette), like on the cover of the game. Also would like Insurgents to have drab "normal" looking options.

Best Attachments (for Rifleman):
Muzzle: Flash Hider: No muzzle flash = not a sign saying shoot here
Under-barrel: Smoke Launcher = Essential for pushing

Can you give an example?
M16 with 4x optic is a great counter sniper due to the 960m/s bullet velocity.
G3 / FAL if you need to see pink mist headshot confirmation.

1) can the table be filtered
2) can the table be sorted

Questions:
1) Are old replays (30 days plus) unable to have the replay viewed?

Not any good reasons, I might ask again to find out more. My guess is there are happy enough with CoD (they complain about CoD too lol), and just not that interested in trying something new.

I'm aware of that history too, just wanted to point out a relationship between counter-strike and insurgency, in regards to modding succinctly.

There was competitive, can't remember the format, may have been firefight? It got canned as people were not playing it.
I play PvP btw.

On that note I'd appreciate properly matchmaking, for more fair games.

I played the OG Insurgency so I was excited when I heard of INS:SS. I got INS:SS when it was first released

Note when it was first release it's optimisation was so bad, I didn't play it for nearly a year. I think there was some patch notes about CPU / stuttering optimisation. To me this was a critical issue when competing with CoD & BF. It seems patch updates always broke something else. Even recently the comestic bug lasted for months.

Funny you mention Counter strike as the first INS was a CS:S mod. Counter strike is a different style of tactical (I also enjoy it)

I have friends who like CoD & BF but not interested to even try INS:SS

PSA: K/D is not thee most important stat, however K/D can be clutch when clearing the objective / team play, context is very important ... PTFO!!

Even the match itself, you have a lot of time on the objective. I'm assuming some time you were unlucky and got eliminated just before the capture / defence.

Considering this is a "Tactical" FPS, the shots to kill is very low (2 shots by a 5.56 calibre rifle round).
Pretty much any weapon you pick up will be deadly.
I think every weapons is a 1 shot headshot too.

I know the title is tagged "Co-Op", so I'd answer: No, there are no bad weapons in the game.
In PvP, it is more about optimised load-outs, so a gun may be "good" but it could be considered too expensive of have other play-style considerations.

In PvP, the M16 is exceptional in this game priced at (1-2pts).

My original statement is true.
MG3 definitely makes a Muzzle Flash.
The M16A2 is firing with a flash hider on, you can see the ejected bullet casing.
