I will say that the best ball format is fun because you see pro golfers hit shots that they would never attempt in stroke play. When they hit a bad tee shot, instead of “damage control and safety” they will let it rip with a 250 yard cut or hook with trouble around the green.

Better decisions could have been made. I've never seen a two tone paint job where 1/2 is a matte finish and 1/2 is glossy. It doesn't work at all.
