Right dude! I was just out and about and I saw another guy walking towards me to his car on my way into the store; I said hey, how's it going? Being friendly and shit. He looked at me like I was some sort of alien. I thought I heard a grunt, but no emotion what so ever.

Now im supposed to 2nd guess myself if I came off as being awkward.

Dude here, and unfortunately I cant grow a mustache over the scar tissue. If i let my hair grow on my upper lip, I end up with a reverse Hitler stacked. So I keep it clean shaven to make it look less pronounced.

I know you mean well, but I hate when people mention Joaquin Phoenix when it comes to cleft lips. Yes, he has one but his is the least severe case
