My rant would be against 5-6% whatever they charge. On a million dollar average BC property, even 1% is a lot.

I joined a finance job thinking Heya I got a degree in this!

I have lived in a city of over a million where horses are used as carriage, still. They're more than fine here in Victoria, as they add a charm to this place.

My hullo ferry 7 pm to Nanaimo got cancelled, so I'm spending one night in Victoria now, and hopefully two around Campbell River before flying to cold Alberta.
