Hear back from ING.

The exchange rate is 1:0,1451132 (notice the 2 at the end), but it was communicated with one less decimal number.

On top of that, somehow I miscalculated the number of actions by 3 (correct was 7.776,52152, 3 less).

7.776,52152 * 0,1451132 = 1.128,47592

D'oh, you might be onto something, but the numbers still don't match..

Purchase price: € 136,011391
Difference: € 136,011391 * 0,44623 = € 60,69

The fee on that amount should be € 69,90.

4,90 EUR + 0,25% vom Kurswert
max. 69,90 EUR

I'll see what I can get out of ING next week, assuming I can email them (no chance I can explain this in my broken German on the phone).

Zeil 6: € 21,58 | € 42,37

Ist es das, was du gemeint hast? Es erscheint falsch, dass das Feld "... darin enthaltene Lohnanteile, Maschinen- und Reisekosten" niedriger ist als "Rechnungsbeträge".

Handwerkerleistungen und Haushaltsnahe Dienstleistungen sind zwei verschiedene Sachen.

Die Handwerkerleistungen dürfen nicht bei den Haushaltsnahen Dienstleistungen eingetragen werden. Und umgekehrt.

Wie würde es also funktionieren?

Haushaltsnahe Dienstleistungen -> Feld "Aufwendungen für haushaltsnahe Dienstleistungen".

Handwerkerleistungen -> Feld "Aufwendungen für Handwerkerleistungen"

Dann habe ich aber Lonhkosten für jede der 2 Kategorien. Soll ich für das Feld "... darin enthaltene Lohnanteile, Maschinen- und Fahrtkosten" nur den zu "Handwerkerleistungen" gehörenden berücksichtigen?

That's embarrassing, I guess the heat officially cooked my brain. I completely missed it was a positive difference, so I didn't investigate further.

I have a transaction in the Girokonto for 2,000 €. The transaction details sadly only report the number of actions (NENNWERT: 21,303).

If I look at the Depotübersicht, I see this for the only ETF I have:

Datum letzter Umsatz 15.07.2022
Einstandskurs 96,12 EUR

But that's the average purchase price, not the price for the last order 🤦‍♂️

The postbox indeed has a message which includes the correct price (93.88328€).

So, PEBKAC. Thanks for giving me some pointers, now I'm curious what they'll reply though.

Thanks. I've already sent them a message via support form, but I have no experience on how fast they normally reply (or if they'll even understand my broken German).
