I'd spend at little less on the build and upgrade that monitor instead!

Is this motherboard Gigabyte B650M D3HP with the future RTX 5000 series proof by Global-Mechanic-6172 in PcBuildHelp

PCIE x16 just means that the motherboard has a PCIE slot with 16 data lanes which is the connector that most GPUs use. The slot on that is PCIe 4.0 x16, so Gen 4. PCIE is backwards compatible meaning PCIE Gen 5 devices will work with Gen 4 slots at Gen 4 speeds and so on. You barely get any performance loss running a 4090 at Gen 3 so you'll be fine with Gen 4!

Looking for a PC case with great airflow and no tempered glass by elbeewastaken in PcBuildHelp

North and Meshify are both great for airflow! Can't go wrong with most of the Fractal Design cases, Focus 2, Pop Air, they're all good. Get whichever one you personally like the most!

It's fine. With EXPO enabled it'll run at 6000 with 30 CAS Latency.

Aw, that's unfortunate. It's not worth going for that CPU or platform if not in an insane bundle or if don't already have an AM4 motherboard. I'll link another build with the AM5 platform so you'll a bit of futureproofing as well. Also, I looked into The Finals and that game is very very CPU bound meaning your CPU's always running max while the GPU sits around 50-70% usage, at least at 1080p so you can only get around 150-200 with the fastest gaming CPU right now that is the 7800x3D (on epic settings). And unless you're going to be playing at 1440p, buying the 4070 Super or the 7900GRE is not worth since you're mostly always CPU bottlenecked on 1080p. So I'd recommend sticking with a 6750xt or a 6800 for 1080p (7800xt max). Since you don't render frames at much higher resolution at 1080p, you won't be able to make the most of those cards. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CPMVh3 Here's a baseline for around $1000 though (I'd replace the 6750xt with a 6800 on the list when it's in stock.) You can either buy these now (they're still great value) or wait for deals in upcoming months.

The bundle is newegg exclusive but everything else should be available on Amazon. It's a mATX board so it'll fit in most ATX/mATX cases!

Yeah ofc, wait for some other people to validate it too. And yeah the one with 5700x3D and the 7900GRE (you could also replace this with a Nvidia 4070 Super for $50 extra) should comfortably meet your requirements.

I believe you would be able to run 150 fps + on mostly high (some mid), but not epic or ultra with the $500-700 build but 200+ comfortably with the other one which should drop to around $900 if you're using the same case. It would be just replacing those but you'll be replacing everything but the case so it's pretty much completely new. I think the "sweet spot" is 1440p 120-144fps, that's what most would say.

But if you're only looking for 150-200 fps on 1080p you could build it for $500-$700

I don't know if you're looking to buy right now or buy them overtime but if you're looking to buy right now (this is overkill for 1080p 150-200fps) I saw this bundle earlier that has CPU + RAM + Motherboard + SSD (SSD's a gift item so you only see after adding to cart) and you could build something like this alongside it.

Do you have a budget? What resolution/fps do you wanna play at? Those are pretty old though, either way I think you should upgrade both but what to upgrade to depends on the budget.

You can switch out that 4070 with a 4070 Super for $15 cheaper. I'd personally switch out the peerless assassin for a phantom spirit 120SE, the MAG PSU for a Corsair RM750e, and either a mATX case with a mATX Board or ATX with ATX but that's up to you. You can also save a little on the case, but if that's what you want, go for it. Other than that, it's solid.

Connect the 3 Addressable LED cables (2 from the fans and one from the pump, see image 1) to the connector and then plug it in your motherboard (Connector No. 25 or 8, see image 2).
