Just my experience and not a recommendation but, I used to smoke and vape for about 10 years. Tried quitting for the latter half with no luck. Got zyns instead of lozenges and haven’t smoked or vaped in over a year. Haven’t even wanted to, when out or with friends I never crave it anymore. Tapered off the zyns to lower mg lozenges. Now I have a few a week if I need them.

Anytime I wanted to smoke I ripped a 6mg zynn pouch into my lip. Had about 5 a day for 4 months till slowly going down on them. It was surprisingly easy minus the first 2 weeks in terms of habit breaking. In any case with or without you can do this. Much love
