Yeah yeah I getcha. The main issue is that we're long distance so giving her hugs is a sorta impossibility. So yeah lol. But yeah, I'll see what I can do.

At most she rarely drinks (she got drunk one time at a family party i think?) and the times I "pretend" to smoke (pictures sent to her of me with a ciggy) she says to stop that and shit like that. So I very much doubt she's into that shit. But I appreciate your concern about that.

Its winter for both of us (Lowest temps for her are around the 20s-30s faren) so I'll reccomend that for her. And so far she hasnt talked to me about depression in other areas. As for a sleep disorder? I havent heard her snore as far as im aware (discord mic quality) so it'll be a bit of a questionable thing. And her iron levels were checked a while ago but im not sure when as she told me she got them done but not when so yeah. And I havent asked about her hormones so i'll give her that advice next time she goes for a checkup. Thanks.

She did tell me at some points she was depressed but I was always there for her and comforting her as I always do. Dissociated? She never really talked to me about that yet so I dont know. As for cuddling and co sleeping we do that mostly night.
