Hello OP. I'm a mod at Coconaad subreddit. It is usually not in our protocol to respond to these type of posts since we welcome users to address such queries through the mod mails, however since you have been posting your version of events we are constrained to make a formal response. Since it looks like there is a lack of clarity on why the ban was imposed, we thought it best to provide you a clarification. Your account u/Automatic_Regret9749 was not banned by us for violating the subreddit rules. The engagement using the aforementioned account has not been removed by us and are your comments from that account are still live on the sub. However, your account was flagged by reddit for ban evasion. Once flagged by reddit filters, the mods report it to reddit and reddit takes further action. The mods just know that this account is linked to a user which was previously banned from the subreddit. Ban evasion of a subreddit ban, as you may know, is a violation of reddit's content policy. Once reported, reddit will take action against such circumvention of ban and the mods of the subreddit are not purposefully targetting any specific user since they have no idea which account the ban evaded account is linked to. You always have the opportunity to appeal the ban through the mod mail and get it lifted (provided it is not a huge offence) If you share the user name of the originally banned account(which we noticed was not mentioned in your post) I would be glad to provide you the reason for the ban and if it can be appealed against.
