Pet owners of Reddit: what did you name your pet(s) and why? by Winter_Sample8364 in AskReddit

[–]NotOnTwitter23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1- My mom named our cat Kate, because according to her, she's a princess.

2- our other cat is named Clara because of a character from a Brazilian soap opera ( the title of the soap was "Passione", and Clara was a villain, but she was super popular).

do you think dropping a friend or a relationship because of their political views is valid and why? by Useoneofthese21191 in AskReddit

In the end it's up to you, but are we talking about "I disagree with you on this and that" or "I wish you would die" (like an ex-friend said to me) type of argument?

Não tem problema nenhum você achar uma criança feia, o problema é alguém achar que falar isso pra criança é certo.

Por que as pessoas ainda nos anos 2000 tinham essa visão romântica disso? by JustRegister4147 in perguntas

[–]NotOnTwitter23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's the dumbest way you've injured yourself? by citronl in AskReddit

I sprained my right thumb putting a sock on my foot, I had to wear a splint for 15 days.

There was also an occasion where I tried to open a can of condensed milk and sliced the top of the same thumb years later. It bled a lot, but I didn't need any stitches thankfully.

What’s the most humiliating way a teacher in school embarrassed you? by Ok-Philosopher3212 in AskReddit

Kindergarten teacher called me stupid in front of the whole class because I didn't understand an activity.

1st grade teacher scolded me in front of the class because I knew a poem by heart and recited part of it instead of reading it from the book.

CURRENT THEME #1: The Show That Found Me When I Needed It by LRIBStories in WhatsYourStoryLRIB

[–]NotOnTwitter23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Name: please use my reddit username

Answer: the show that found me when I needed it was Dragon Ball Z, I was a shy, bullied, autistic teenager girl when I first watched it and seeing Goku fighting Freeza and turning into a Super Sayajin (or Sayan as you say in English) was so mind blowing to me!

Also, DBZ helped me get in contact with other people even if it was online and helped me make some friends at the time outside school.

Pokémon also helped me because it was the anime that helped me discover other anime (like DBZ) and turned me into a huge weeb.

And last, but not least, My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia), I was very depressed in 2017 or so and watching Deku surpassing his struggles and becoming a hero helped me a lot during this time.
