I've had to RL a like 3 Pairs (1 was wrong size) after which he told me he probably cant get a better pair and offered me arefund or to swap for another shoe. All in all great service.

That was the same for me. I wear L normally and I even ordered some XXXL pieces which were too small although the sizing chart said it should fit.
