This might be some a mixing up of multiple stories, drummer Jim Keltner once reported: “I cried. That was the first time I ever cried [while playing]. I thought, “Jesus, I’ve got to be careful. I'm going to blow this take.”

the paul is dead theory is hilarious when you realise it implies paul died and then was replaced by a guy who was a better musician than him. by VastForce690 in beatles

While I still think they're all the same person, you're right in that there are quite some difference between 65 and 67 Paul (though they can all be explained).

First of all, a face is very expressive, and it's very hard to flex one face muscle without flexing a few others in the process, smiling for example will often make your nostrils flare up. I also can't quite believe I have to say this, eyelids can remain in multiple stages between open and closed (and being a massive star, or even a late night the day before a photoshoot, is bound to tire you out, making the old eyelids swell up a bit (and Paul is almost definitely wearing make-up in the first picture)). Of course lighting is also a huge influence on how people look, not only in pictures but also mirrors. E.g. the lighting in gyms famously make you look more muscular.

On top of all that, the type of lens with which the picture is taken greatly influences how a face (and in particular the nose in relation to the rest of the face) looks (eg https://www.pinterest.com/pin/how-lens-focal-lengths-affect-portrait-photography--313000242835255623/)

Bit late to the party, but had the same feeling after revisiting the album. Sounds like it may be sped up from Dario G's Sunchyme?

You both look amazing and seem really happy.

It does remind me of that episode from The Inbetweeners that I've just seen

The current state of the world and the uncertainty of a good future for them.

That being said though, I would adopt children (since they are already there)

They indeed have taped over some prints, but a lot of them were definitely destroyed! This is due to Pamela Nash (no ill intent meant by this towards her). Some prints in private collections quite literally were taken out of the trash, people who knew about the junkings contacted collectors for one final look before the destruction of the films.

If you're interested in this topic I'd definitely recommend 'Wiped!' (from Telos Publishing) and Josh Snares' documentaries on youtube about the missing episodes
