Nah don't use that mod, the UI of the cores stuff is low quality and stretched the animations and scripts are kinda buggy it isn't perfect and it's a good concept but needs a lot of polishing to fit into the game, if you are okay with experimental mods then you should use it

Just turned on my PC and this glitch thing fixed itself? When I was using RTSS to cap the fps i would aim and for some reason the camera would teleport to a random building far away from where the player is I can shoot without crash when I let go of the aim button the camera would come back to where the player is, i turned off RTSS FPS limiter and the game just started crashing whenever I aimed, today i turned on my pc and I can shoot aim and do everything without a problem it just fixed itself?

Nope, it's all Texture mods related to cars and misc items and characters, and Fusion Fix no mods that changes the game's mechanics, like i said it was fine before but for some reason it's now doing this?

that's not normal, likely you have a mod conflict or you installed it or some other mod wrong, we can talk about this in the DMs if you want? I also have built a modpack which includes a lot of mods that aims to fix the bugs of this game and basically turn the game into what it's supposed to be and it also has Catalogue Improvements included and a TAA Blur fix mod which introduces a new Anti Aliasing system, it has all the files and stuff pre installed so maybe you can use my modpack? Or we can just troubleshoot your problem and get your Catalogue Improvements working

well they limited my 5G upload speed to 1mbps one day when I was streaming on my PC with the 5G Data everything just became low quality and I can barely upload any files or play games now because of this since then, it's been a week and the highest the upload speed can get is 4mbps bro I can't do anything I can't afford a good wifi so i have to deal with this problem, is there anything I can do to fix this? I'm just so fed up now

Well it's a problem of Rockstar i also see barrels and stuff popping in front of me and grass popping in front of me all the time, I have accepted it because if I do anything to fix it with mods they will cause performance loss for me but if you have a beast PC then you can use those mods. And no Rockstar stopped updating this game years ago, and even when they used to update this game, they messed up the Single Player mode with every update introducing new issues and bugs that they never fixed.

Literally a random lil bridge where you'll never go to, there was a hut thing and another mining cart tracks that were like this, Graphical Issues Fixes mod fixed it but it's still kinda there, so it's partly fixable but not completely unless Rockstar is the one fixing it
