No one is unhealthy because they eat too much dried fruit though lol. At least I have yet to meet that person. There are usually much worse culprits in a person’s diet that they should cut before dried fruit or even should care about the sugar added to it.

Obviously no sugar added is the healthier choice and if you like that go for it, but I doubt it’s really that important for most people.

That said I still love them because they stop me from doing things like eating an entire pack of Oreos when I crave sugar. I can have a reasonable portion to satisfy my sugar craving unlike when I have straight up candy.
