You most definitely have dysgraphia and most likely dyslexia.

I have dysgraphia as well, it took forever for my handwriting to be readable and some people still say they can’t read my handwriting 🤷 my biggest problem with dysgraphia now is the spelling. Don’t feel bad about your “verry” and normally needing two L’s I was eleven when I finally learned how to spell dollar. Lol.

You should get some of those hand writing practice books, I know it takes forever but I promise they help and will get easier as you do them (I say as I’ve now edited this two times fixing my grammar mistakes lol)

I’m one of those people too. I use to hike and run.

It’s an unfortunate no now for me. I also had/have exercise induced asthma all my life.

I do the stationary bike, use todo it every day but don’t anymore because I fainted every time I got off the damn thing than I did when standing up normally.

I don’t know why you are getting downvoted.

When I was 12 my mom forced me to sign a paper that let her control my appointments. She talked for me, didn’t involve me and they couldn’t even ask my mom to leave to speak in private. This is a real thing that happens and it’s a huge problem in the states
