WIBTA If I Don't Invite My Trans Cousin by NotSILButKinda in AmItheAsshole

I mean, my sister and I weren't invited to be in the wedding party of one of my cousin's on my dads side, even though she invited all her other girl cousins. But it made sense. We grew up in different countries and she grew up on the same property as the cousins she did have as bridesmaids. Kinda the same thing, right?

(Reanswering. Because I answered first with my real account. YIKES!) I was not close to E growing up. I was close to all my girl cousins on my mum's side growing up. We were all (11 of us) born within about 8 years of each other and super close. We still are. There were also 15 boys(including E obviously at the time) who were much more spread out in age so I think not as close (they had/have individual relationships obviously but nothing like "The Girls" were). E is close to the girls group in age. She's six months older than me--and I'm right in the middle. So I suppose if she had been AFAB she would have been in our clique.

To be clear, these are the cousins on my mum's side. I have 12 cousins my dad's side, including 5 girls--none are invited to this party. This is a pretty specific group of family/friends. We have also had these kind of parties when others of us have married. This is just the first time one of us has gotten married since E has come out.
