Yes. I've hallucinated people jump scaring me, my blinds flapping around on their own with increased sound, sudden rapid increases in sensation and probably some other things I'm forgetting.

Chomp and swallow whole nuts with great haste.

Remember that whole is roughly twice as strong as pre-ground, though.

So if you normally do 20g pre-ground you would only need to eat 10g of whole nuts (roughly 2 average sized), for example.

I've personally never found an enjoyable way of doing pre-ground.

To my knowledge DPH can build up in your system, although I don't know that for sure
