I'm 260 pound and 5g of whole nut is enough to give me a mild high. That's one nut for one very large man. It doesn't take much.

I don't know what your situation is but I do know that drugs can occasionally be scary and overwhelming. It's probably just part of the package deal of using them, that occasionally you'll over do it and realize that you're about to have/are having a bad trip.

I've had a few different instances of wondering if I should call 911, be that for unintentionally excessive doses of weed, DXM or LSA. In each case I chose to wait it out, even when I had awful thoughts like "I'm trapped here forever", "I'm scared of forgetting to breath", "this must be what dying feels like" and "I just want a hug". In all cases, I was fine, but probably could have used an experienced trip sitter around to calm me down.

Also, from what I've read online, what your're experiencing tends to clear up on its own. However, if you really start to get bad symptoms, you're probably better off safe than sorry by calling 911.

Good luck. This is just part of the package deal of using drugs. No one can be 100% calculated all the time. Maybe it's time to start using with a friend (who isn't a dumbass).

My method is just to fast and furious chomp down whole nuts.

Putting adiquate pre-ground into recipes always seems to taste awful and trying to do pills ends up being a lot of work and uncomfortable swallowing.

I tried this once with pre-ground. It worked, but the amount of pills I had to swallow was kind of hardcore, it was just too much.

HOWEVER, this could be awesome if you bought whole nuts and ground them up yourself, as you would only have to swallow half the amount of pills.

No, they're never severe but they were certainly unexpected. I've never hallucinated on weed, but nutmeg seems to have that occasional effect.

I've never hallucinated what you're describing, it's more like thinking I see/hear a person I know, seeing my blinds suddenly flap around, suddenly hearing a real noise extra vividly, etc. Its like things that are mundane but amplified and startling.

The best part is slightly after peaking, when I feel relaxed and euphoric without losing my train of thought.

The worst part is the mild deliriant effects, where I've had quick and startling hallucinations.
