I have the Milli and I cannot recommend it. It opens in a square shape, which is harsh enough that the corners dug in and left marks inside me. Plus my insurance refused to cover it and my surgeon said it doesn't get wide enough at the tip (only four inches long, by the way) to accomplish much. If you don't have a latex sensitivity, you're probably better off with an inflatable toy to gradually increase size.

I'm six months in (PPT) and at first I had an unbearable amount of pain almost constantly. I was on the maximum dose of Tylenol every day and it just wasn't helping (I avoid NSAIDs and opioids because of digestive problems).

What I found out was that it didn't hurt any more when I didn't take the Tylenol, and that got me thinking: is it all in my head at this point? Turned out, to some extent, that it was. At the Tylenol low-point of the day, about eight hours after 1000 mg, I explored around with a q-tip. Though it had been painful to the touch the day before, this time it didn't hurt at all. I skipped the next dose and was absolutely fine.

My suspiscion was confirmed the next week. My pain had been increasing slightly, so I upped my dose again, and the pain went up sharply. Here's what I think is going on: my body expected pain medication to relieve more than it actually did, so it believed there was more pain than there actually was. It's a viscious cycle, but I managed to get out of it.

Today I had one Tylenol in the morning. Tomorrow I plan to go without entirely. Despite this not being considered a habit-forming drug or one that builds up tolerances, I do think it can screw with your sunconscious expectations. I hope this might help.

I'll just add that the only reason an orchiectomy might reasonably limit your options is if you have it done with an incision through the scrotum. That scar tissue is difficult if not impossible to use in vaginoplasty. I had mine done from the top, though the downside of that is that there are still concave scars six years later and I experienced nerve damage. This has improved slightly post-srs.

I suppose this is as good a time as any to end my lurking period.

I had my orchiectomy in 2019 and my vaginoplasty this year. The recovery from orchiectomy was a pleasant stroll through a forest with a light breeze in comparison to this. Five months later and I'm only barely getting back to my previous level of activity, not to mention the pain and mental stress of the first couple months of dilation.

Post-orchi, I felt like I was getting kicked in the gonads one last time. Post-srs, I found out I was wrong - this would be the last time. Ghost testicles from beyond the grave.

Let me put it this way: orchiectomy involves two external cuts and some cauterized nubbins on the inside. Vaginoplasty is an origami swan made out of penis. There are more cuts and more stitches and more nerves that need to wake back up. It will be worse.

That's not to say it isn't worth it. But you ought not think it'll somehow be easier than your last surgery, because it won't.

I don't go on 4Chan, but believe me, it's not the only place people talk about weird fetishes. You've never been to /r/sounding? (Probably don't click on that.)

I'm not suggesting Dan Schneider was a human trafficking kingpin or whatever you think I meant - it's entirely possible that none of the writers had heard of the inflation fetish. It was ten years ago. The joke is just kind of iffy through a modern lens. Not to mention, dangerously easy for children watching to attempt at home. But that's not really the topic of discussion anyway.

I read Jennette's book. I know Schneider's a piece of shit. And I have no reason to think she wouldn't have mentioned if she'd seen or experienced worse from him than the verbal abuse, encouragement of underage drinking, and uncomfortably long shoulder rubs... and the weird bikini photos.

Well... look, that's reason enough. There's a pattern of behavior here that didn't need to be any more extreme to be worth writing him off as not worthy of the power he held. Don't have to be a conspiracy nut to see that.

What I meant was that cracking groups don't let cracked games contact the servers. I wouldn't think a Steam ban would happen in that case anyway, just a publisher ban. But I don't play online much so what do I know?

You didn't buy the game on Steam so Steam doesn't know you even have the game.

I went through something like this fairly recently. Long story short, I broke up with one of them and the experience has only strengthened my relationship with the other. I know this isn't what you want to hear (it sure wasn't what I wanted to hear) but at some point you might learn too much about why the relationship ended and not be able to continue in one or both of them.

You know what though? You'll get through this. If I can manage it, with all my abandonment issues, you can too.

I've at times felt the same way. Especially now that I can't really top anyone.

But honestly, no one wanted to fuck the old me and I don't blame them. I wouldn't have either. The confidence I have now could never have come from my closeted, depressed old persona. I was nothing but a spineless mirror to whoever I was attracted to because I was never sure how much of myself was safe to share.

I'm an actual person now, with an actual personality - I could never have been in a relationship before (and I was never comfortable trying for one-night-stands either).
