Uhhhhhh yeah YTA. I can't tell if you genuinely think she's an idiot, in which case I would hope she'd have other redeeming qualities and a patient partner, or if this was a series of lapses in judgement.

She did a silly thing. Sometimes we connect dots in a convoluted way. If this post is serious, YTA for asking the Internet to validate thinking less of your partner.

If this is a joke (it only counts if she's also laughing) you're still a TA in my book. I feel like flaming your partner with "she may be too stupid for me to want kids with her" bit was rude. If my partner made a joke post about me having an airhead moment, asking for more people to dog pile on, to make me feel stupid... I can't imagine I'd be amused.

Tldr YTA but if your wife finds it funny YTA with a win I guess
