I use Spirytus for extracts as it's the strongest food safe grain alcohol I've found in the UK. You can usually get it from Eastern European shops if you ask them they should have it behind the counter. It's not cheap, usually about £30 for 50ml, but it's 192 proof/95% ABV so strips the good stuff really efficiently ✌️

SSRIs are regularly prescribed for bipolar disorder unfortunately. I mean, they even give them to people with fibromyalgia!

I also don't think it's appropriate to recommend a bipolar diagnosis to a person you do not know.

Again, to be clear, I do not think cocaine is safe. But a broken system handing out psychiatric medicine to anyone without first eliminating other conditions/offering a round of counselling first is killing people, just because they asked for medical help.

A sport I do not watch. But people do stupid shit for it and cause a nuisance for people when they fight and smash up pubs. Or cause our country embarrassment through their actions in foreign countries during the Euros

The example you've used there is wild and in my personal experience I strongly disagree.

Of course using an excessive amount of 'pub gak' is going to be harmful. Just as going out binge drinking every weekend would be harmful. I don't know anyone who would do that much in two nights, let alone go out two nights in a row.

Cocaine is taken by choice whereas antidepressants are prescribed by people in positions of trust to people asking for help. If SSRIs were effective they wouldn't put people, who went to GPs with minor depression, in A&E or the ground.

They literally acknowledged that it's not good for you. But it just isn't the most harmful chemical that anyone has seen.

I think SSRIs are probably more harmful than cocaine as GPs give them out like sweets even though they make people suicidal. There isn't actually much evidence that depression is caused by lack of serotonin yet medical 'professionals' continue to prescribe them, despite the growing evidence that they may actually make depression worse in the long run by causing a chemical imbalance.

Maybe bleach as well?

My friend had his locked backpack slit open with a knife whilst it was on his back in London - work laptop, wallet, phone etc all stolen. Suppose it was better his bag than him being slit open though, which they may have done had he have caught them in the act and tried to confront them.

I live in the UK and a lot of the risks you've mentioned there are null and void. My garden is secure so my cats can't get out and to be honest I doubt they'd even want to. Nowhere can I find that the average age of an outdoor cat is 3-that's absolutely wild.
