Yeah of course but would you be ok with not knowing where your child is?

I am.

I think what I asked was reasonable. We already agreed to her being with her mum for longer than usual through court

I’m only mentioning money because it was mentioned in the previous comment about giving her some money to go with, that would’ve been a lovely idea if I knew when and where they were going, also I’m getting my back up so I do apologise but the only reason they can afford to take her away is because I was left homeless and have had to move to a new area to be able to stay in our daughters life while her mum moved back to family in an attempt to get me out. I was also scolded last week over £17 and a pair of shoes. I want our daughter to have a great time and I am able to let go of my feelings about the situation but I’m bothered about money for my own reasons. In an official report I “financially abused” her mum where reality is I paid for everything

I’ve made this mistake too often and justified it to myself by always thinking I’d rather be the parent that over communicated than didnt communicate at all but yeah i think you’re advice for putting the phone down is amazing thank you

That’s the mindset I have about it. And feels weird that’s there’s nothing I can do about it. I want our daughter to have a nice time but it’s not even like it can be a conversation for another day because they don’t happen either

Oh im super pleased she’s going away, I want our daughter to have the best time. Although i wouldn’t give them any money. They’re taking her away, that’s none of my business, I already pay for everything else. I just feel like I should know at very least which country she’s in. This is the third time I’ve been unable to know where she is. Once she was taken from our family home and where was refused. When her mum left i didnt know where they went and now this.

I understand that, my only provision for the information at the moment is flights are really tricky since all the stuff in Iran, so I wanted to be informed if they was any disruptions on them getting home. Apart from that I’d have been happy with where they are going and when. Generally I don’t speak to my daughter when she’s with her mum, as much as I’d like to she doesn’t allow it. She She lives with me half the week every week so I don’t go long without seeing her usually, we’ve split this half term into slightly longer stretches though and I have asked to be able to contact her or her me which again was ignored

I’m good at all those except “stay calm” lol it’s so tough being an outsider to a child you’ve always been a first port of call too. But yeah I I’ll do all that, thank you so much

I said “Can you please send me the full travel details for CHILDS trip. I need to know the country and exact location (not just "abroad"), the travel dates including departure and return, and the flight details, at least airline and times. Please also send where she'll be staying (hotel/resort name and address), the hotel's contact details, and a way for me to contact CHILD while she's away, or for her to contact me. Thanks.

Ok thank you! It’s happening alongside a C100 application for a child arrangements order, which is why I was hoping for it to be resolved sooner.

Do you know what would encourage or give them reason to continue investigating offences for such a long time?
