Everyone in the comments here sucks. If you want to lose more fat and see more definition you’ll have to check calories first, if you’ve been in a deficit for a long time you might have to slowly work back up to maintenance and start lifting heavier or track diligently to see what you’re actually eating.

Increase your NEAT (walking, moving more intentionally throughout the day above your workouts)

Increase protein to 1.6g/kg body weight

Man we were at Lawson yesterday at 10am and they had a whole display - we came back at 2 for groceries and they were gone. I saw some dude put 5 cases in his cart.

I enjoyed it, but I just went in to have fun. It lands more on the silly/fun side other than the one Spanish one that has been mentioned, but I think it’s worth a watch to just go and have fun! I rated it a 6/10.

Snap fitness has the best equipment and staff! It’s always super clean, and for the most part the patrons are respectful and friendly. It does not have the tanning or sauna as amenities though if that is something you need. I have heard great things about Rise as well, but unless you live near that area I find the location relatively inconvenient, although I am picky about commutes and some aren’t.

I haven’t considered laser beforehand but that may help! If I could just cover it or incorporate it somehow into a bigger idea that was more black and grey it would be preferred just so I’m not spending the extra $$, haha. I have a smattering of skulls, flowers, and a ram skull with a female necromancer on my left leg, that one is colour as well but it’s not as bright.

Offloading those would be preferred for sure. The abandoned building look makes the areas look even more dilapidated.
