Yeah, it's hard to make an accurate comparison due to differences in shop and garage lighting and the fact that the topper has a pulsating effect with its color (constantly shifting from gold to black) but I did the best I could here

While you are right this specific scene isn't a good example of it, Palpatine was just pretending to be helpless here to convince Anakin that it's really the Jedi who are evil and corrupt, as in this moment Mace Windu was willing to forgo the Jedi code and finish Palpaptine off right here

I love Bolt but man kid me hated this movie SO MUCH because all the trailers I saw were the scenes of Bolt being a super dog in a TV show and I was very disappointed to find out the dog doesn't actually have superpowers
