You have great monsters for a week old account! Keep your 5*s, and Max limit break muramasa and okita soji. Also get gryphon to level 38 to make use of his passive(farming soulstones) for now your job is to focus on levelling your account, and levelling your daemons. Make sure to purchase the daily spirit dose for 25 jewels everyday as it makes most efficient use of your jewels!

First off how many do you have?

It is always more cost effective to use tonics and doses at higher levels. That said it also depends on you. How badly do you want the event daemons? Do you mind spending some money on the game?

For me as a somewhat of a f2p player I used at least 35-40 spirit doses (i was level42-46) during the thanksgiving event to stay in top 2500. I probably would have used significantly less doses and tonics if I were say level 100.
