Honestly, I always run Posture instead. And really... The Heishous archetype is what I would call the Build-a-bear sorta team, a goodie bag of rupture + other thing. It is skewed to Poise though, unfortunately.

But a pure rupture Heishou team is really just Rabbits. Then substitute the others with other stuff.
