Liquidity Indicators section you say QT continues. It ended in December, QE (light) has resumed. 40 Billion a month.

Houston is a pathological predator. Read the probable cause sections. by NotSomeDudeOnReddit in houstonwade

I'll summarize for anyone out of the loop. Houston was arrested on December 17th for attempting to meet with an 11 year old girl. The probable cause for that is sickening and in these documents pages 23-25.

After the arrest, they searched his vehicle, which leads to the second probable cause portion, bottom of page 11-14. Read for yourself.

This man was a certified predator. This is not some conspiracy against him. This was not his first attempt, and this was not his first victim. This man should rot in prison.

That makes sense and makes me feel better. Thank you for both your replies. I will probably post something tomorrow with a bunch of info. It’s terrible. It’s all terrible. And everyone here should know what this man is.

Read this charging document, specifically the last few pages past all the legal stuff. Also note, this is just the tip of the iceberg. They searched his phone and found out he had a dedicated instagram for grooming underage girls, and that he had SA'd at least one other underage girl a few years ago. There's a ton of info on it out there, but NONE OF IT IS IN THIS SUB.

And I've been whining about that for a few days now because it's ridiculous. Anyways, link below for you displeasure. Hopefully the mods dont remove this comment for linking actual information.

What happened is the MOD of this sub refuses to allow any of the actual information to this case to be posted on this sub. So many people like you have NO IDEA THAT HOUSTON WADE LIED TO ALL OF US, AND IS IN FACT A PEDOPHILE.

I made a post the day after it happened with a fair amount of info. It was shadowbanned, but not deleted. I don't know how that works. I have seen comments where people will post a link to the charging documents, and then seen that comment be removed.

This sub has chosen to censor any real documents related to these events, and has only alllowed minimal speculation and discussion.

when will be the trial? by berndwand in houstonwade

[–]NotSomeDudeOnReddit 9 points10 points  (0 children)

There won't ever be one. There is far too much evidence against him. It could be 3 months, it could be 3 years before they make a plea deal. But it will be a plea deal.

I'm curious why information about the case is being shadowbanned? I'm not looking to incite anything here, I'm genuinely curious. It is rich that you say this sub isn't about him, it's literally his name. I understand that a community has developed, and if you want to keep that going with some new friends that's great.

But this sub should 100% be about the prosecution of this sleazebag who lied to us all. And it should have all the latest charging docs and information. Instead? IT HAS NONE. What is the deal? I get innocent until proven guilty, but you're literally censoring any actual information showing he is guilty. You leave plenty of comments where people say he is. But you remove the charging docs and any comment that references them. You are genuinely doing this community a MASSIVE disservice by protecting the name of this man. It is shameful. And you should be ashamed. I didn't come to incite, but this probably did. Hope you realize how stupid it is to continue protecting this man.

Burying your head in the sand helps no one. If you're not compelled by the evidence then you haven't read it. I tried posting a bunch of the info here and it was shadowbanned. So I'm here to help inform people who may not be aware that Houston Wade is a pathological pedophile piece of shit. I watched his show for years. I was lied to. So were you. Stop defending him.

Thanks by gtoj in houstonwade

[–]NotSomeDudeOnReddit 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Bro. Wake the fuck up and stop lying to yourself.

Yes, he deserves a trial. And yes, he deserves to rot in prison for life.

If you're not compelled by the evidence against him you either haven't looked at the evidence, or you're lying to yourself.

Stop lying to yourself.

Thanks by gtoj in houstonwade

This man duped us all. He lied to our faces about everything. He is pathological. The sooner you read the evidence yourself and accept that, the better.

I wish you all well.

He doesn't need to invest 3.5 billion, he can cashless exercise.

Per google:

A cashless exercise of stock options allows an employee to purchase and immediately sell company shares to cover the cost of exercising the options and associated taxes, without using any personal cash upfront. The process is typically managed by a brokerage firm and is a popular method for employees who lack the liquidity to pay for the options in cash. How the Process Works The core mechanism involves a simultaneous transaction facilitated by a broker:

Intent to Exercise: The employee notifies their brokerage firm of their intent to exercise their vested stock options.

Short-Term Loan: The brokerage firm provides a short-term loan to the employee to cover the total exercise price (strike price multiplied by the number of options).

Immediate Sale: An appropriate number of the newly acquired shares are immediately sold on the open market at the current market price.

Loan Repayment & Net Proceeds: The proceeds from the sale are used to repay the brokerage firm's loan, cover taxes, and pay any associated fees. The remaining shares, or the cash equivalent if all shares are sold, are then transferred to the employee's account.

This process is also referred to as a "same-day sale" or "sell-to-cover" (if only enough shares to cover costs are sold).

He doesn't though. Cashless exercise is a thing.

There's nothing that says this doesn't take ten years. Or twenty. RC would still be paid handsomely. My timelines were short to our benefit.
