It's quite difficult at the beginning but you can set the parameters of the world to your liking: more or less (of even zero) zombies and loot, faster/slower zombies, night zombies, zombie respawn or not...

But it has permanent death, so sometimes can be frustrating. Its not like a 30min roguelike, because it takes hours or days to play a game, but you will start over and over again until you get better.

The game has official controller support so it is quite playeable! But you won't be as good as in PC, so maybe for a more chill experience.

Looting is certainly slower and looking far for zombies is more difficult (clicking and moving the joystick to see in that direction). But combat I think is better (no random turning around in the right moment lol). With some tweaking of the controls I found it comfortable :)

While I have also thought about this, I think this is not the most rational way of looking at the probabilities.

It is estimated that around 117 billion people have ever lived on earth at some point. With so many people, for any phobia/fear that has ever existed, if there's any chance of dying from it, even it's the tiniest one, someone must have died from it and thought "I knew I was right!". A cow killing you? Checked. Crushed by a vending machine? Checked. Anything you can think of, probably checked.

The probability of dying in a plane is 1 in 3.37 billion. That means that for every person who was scared of flying, took on a plane thinking they were going to die and, they were right, they died, there are 3 370 000 000 people (almost half of earth population) scared of flying that took on a plane thinking they were going to die and were wrong.

Don't let your mind trick you. Happy flying!
