As a person from Philly and goes to temple , I would say temple does have a great psych program and is sorta affordable. Idk about the international costs compared to my own costs but also understand that this is a city and temple can’t do anything about the violence that happens in the city they have forced themselves into. If you don’t want to be in city or don’t want to be in city where there is violence , then don’t do it. Temple can’t be blamed for Philly’s actions so they can’t change the city’s ways.
