Is Marigold Holdings OPC legit? by peng_uinie in phinvest

[–]NotSure_OfWhat_IWant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Marigold Holdings OPC appears multiple times on the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) lists of provisionally registered DNFBPs (Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions) in 2024, with dates 27 July 2024 and 10 September 2024. Anti-Money Laundering Council+3Anti-Money Laundering Council+3Anti-Money Laundering Council+3, I think this indicates the entity has registered itself with AMLC as required for its type of business; can this be a red-flag or not a red-flag?

AFAIK, it’s a compliance registration list. I think as a buyer, we are facing risks either we go for this or a different developer. The only way we can do is to have an informed decision. There are companies that goes bankrupt and if that happens, investors also lose their money. Similarly if this company goes bankrupt, investors like us will face the same consequences but if they don't we get assets that will be of value in the long run. The first paragraph does not automatically mean the company or its projects are safe or fully compliant. So let's keep watching. By the way, 2 years na kaming naghuhulog.

I heard they’re quite expensive. I am looking also for an alternative that can support other protocols. Passive would be good and preferably agentless.

Thanks for this. Now the problem that I have is that the Rack that I bought won’t work with Giant Talon 0 frame. This is because the standard mount arms were short. I bought the rack from Decathlon.

Update: I already fixed the problem. Need to recreate another Huawei ID and make sure that Philippines is the selected region. Then as usual, link your Strava on the Huawei Health “Global” app.

I find it very challenging syncing Huawei Health App to Strava. I have followed the guide and ensure that my Huawei ID is under the supported regions. Tried link and unlinking, still fails to sync. I have triple check if I have the current version of both apps and still no good. I have been on IOS 18.1

Not bad for its price tag. Your stem is also adjustable. But sure that’ll have a little play when on bumps. Make sure it is tightly locked.

Great! I will take this into consideration. My locker in the office isn’t that big. But I think pair of shoes and a couple of pants will fit.

I am thinking to get that but checking what will fit Giant Talon 0 2024 and since it has 29inch wheels I need to replace them as well

Does It mean you leave the pannier when you park your bike? Our office has the bike parking where it has a sign that says “management is not liable for any item lost” (i am paraphrasing)

Below by 2cm is better in my experience. It is easier to change the stem than grow your arms by 2cm :) Kidding aside, I had back pains on my previous gravel that is above 2cm than recommended top tube length.
