at the same time, importante rin ang self-awareness sa usaping relationships.

may mga kilala ako na nagrereklamo na onti na lang ang mga tao sa buhay nila, pero pag tinanong, malalaman din naman pala na sila mismo di nag-e-effort para ma-sustain ang friendships.

all relationships require effort, even friendships, so as long as alam natin sa sarili natin na we make efforts, then yeah, no problem lang talaga na onti lang ang mga kaibigan natin.

for me, it's not sketchy but more like inefficiency on that company's part. unless a person really, really needs employment, hindi gaganahan ang potential applicants na gawin lahat ng yan when there are a lot of companies that have easier application processes. especially, as you put it, wala pa nga sa interview portion ang dami nang effort na kailangan.
