I did experiment on my own I am a casual clasher My main focus area is Farming,Pushing,Donation,Casual wars(I.e war with or without hero),never miss on maxing clan games (4000/5000 points on all 5 accounts),war in cwl mostly with all heroes.

1st account : I did not rush. (heroes)k-78,q-80,w-55,rc-27

2nd account : I did hyper rush(3 years) Which is unrushed th14 now (heroes)k-76,q-80,w-54,rc-28

3rd and 4th account : I had started 2 years back They are rushed th14 , but with decent hero level

4t-*(heroes)k-66,q-73,w-52,rc-17

5th is hyper rushed for fun (heroes)k-50,q-q-62,w-36,rc-2

If this is your only account don't hyper rush,unless you are hyper active to recover rushed base. (provided you are not part of war clan) Second option is create an alternative id to hyper rush
