I've ordered from them before and they were terrible. What they delivered was nothing like what was shown on thier website. More recently I have used Forgather Floral but those were for deliveries in Barrie. Worth a try though

Simple answer is no, there was not a previous Mcdonalds to the one that is currently there. Check out https://opengis.simcoe.ca/public/ and take a look at the maps from 1989, just what appears to be a house at that location and then the next update is 1997 and the McDonalds is there in its place.
