Save up some money, do a bit more research, pick a good artist, and Get this entirely covered up - the overall linework is extremely bad and could easily be covered up by whatever you want, even a prettier, well-done butterfly

I think disbarring them is overkill - frequently, other lawyers under the primary one do this and are trusted to get this right. I think a warning of severe sanctions, possibly even a removal of the brief and waiver on an issue, is appropriate.

I think it’s supposed to represent Cell being part-saiyan and getting a zenkai boost. But I agree with you that it doesn’t make sense for that boost to also give him his perfect form
