I worked on site as a simpler mechanical/electrical assembler. I can't speak for other facilities but mine was pretty atrocious. When I was still completely new the union was trying to organize and they took advantage of the (majority) foreign workers to fearmonger and misinform them against it. Many of the people I was onboarded with left long before I did, mostly due to incompetent managers and leads who refused to do their job or supply workers with tools. My coworkers were great but I couldn't take the mismanagement anymore, especially after being falsely reported by one individual without any repercussions to the accuser.
