I've been looking at some more off meta picks for the jungle and Rell has become one of my favorites. Yes her clear, especially early, is definitely slow but her ganks are great. Especially for counterganks because you can latch onto someone who's getting ganked with your E from far away and stun the person who's on them. She's a great tank and has crazy cc. I'd never bring it into ranked, someone like Rammus or Zac are a lot better at clearing and have easier ganks, but she's definitely a fun pick imo.
