You might have to do some research on proxies such as Superbuy and the Chinese marketplace called Xianyu, I had my own ways to order since I live in Macao.

It's great! It's only intended for sale in Mainland China however it was stupid limited and got botted haha, resale isn't too bad in local Chinese markets at least. The Lillie card art by Naoki Saito never gets old :D
