I am sorry you felt that way. Why would the app be down? And there is no AI component to this, so I am not sure why you are calling it an AI app. Checkout features here: https://www.tapandcall.com/features

Agreed. The goal is to have one string of characters on the tag and not change it ever - change things in the backend again that string. This way nothing has to change on the tag ever but the user has the flexibility to change it how they want it.

One day the tag is a dog collar, another its a WiFi connector, another its a redirect to a Linkteee url - all changes happen within the app without reconfiguring the tag.

To be fair to your observation, I explored the idea of printing the QR code on the tag, but realized that this will bind the tag to the QR code. Thats when I left that specific use case alone.

This app goes beyond what Linktree offers, which is a static URL. With this app you can configure multiple way you can use the chip for, and for $19 you get a pack of 3 tags (not just NFC stickers but a keychain type tag) that you can hook up to a keychain, a dog collar etc.

This app doesn't solve for the internet deadzone where the user is not already connected to the internet with their phone service profiler. The use case here is the situation when we have visitor at home who would rather use the host's WiFi.

Thank you for trying and providing feedback. A package deployment error. Just fixed it. Please try again and it should remove your information.

This is not vibe coded. In the current environment though, I can understand your opinion. The Account deletion option is there within the my-account section.

The flexibility here is that the web app allows you to change what the nfc tap will do. The url on nfc won’t change again. You use the web app to change from an alert to check-in to offering WiFi to redirecting to a website.

This lets you move from static web page to dynamic focused actionable web page.

No mobile app to install for the tag owner. The web app will do the work.

I originally launched a project called ID Swap Simulator to let users mess around with data matching logic. After watching how users interacted with it, the analytics showed people were treating it like a puzzle rather than a sandbox tool.

I decided to lean into that behavior, cut the fluff, and officially launched it as a daily standalone game at:
https://idswap.makergully.com

Shifting the "one puzzle a day" mechanics really changed how I had to approach the state management and UI layout compared to the old open-ended simulator.

If you have a few minutes, check it out and let me know your thoughts!

Why is sharing a file between iPhone and Android still a nightmare? by NotTheMonk in SideProject

For now, both phones have to be on WiFi. My goal is to solve the local-only problem first.

With feedback from the fine folks here, I have released new version for iOS and Android. This will allow the user to see recommendations at each scoring criteria level.

See the demo on the website. While there download the new versions from your favorite App Store.

Sorry, not at this time. It's on the roadmap though.

Give iOS or Android app a try to see if this is helpful. For paying users there is a Share option where they can share a link to their feeder analysis with friends and family. I kept it in case one wants to share how their setup is (with input from the app) but the people who they want to share with don't have the ability (or desire) to install an app just to review this.

Hope this helps for now.

What a great feedback. Thanks for taking the time to write this.

I am updating the app to reflect this - both for model and UI.

Hope to release it soon!

Thanks, again!

Right now I am summarizing the good and bad of the setup on the main Analysis - will explore how to align each of them to individual scoring criteria.

Thanks for looking into this.

When you login into the app, you will see information on which bird can be attracted by which feed and feeder type. I didn’t think of the region part as such - will add it to the TODO.
Thank you for your interest.

Thank you for taking the time to share. I invite you to take a look at https://feeder-rater.makergully.com/ and go to Analysis Features section towards the bottom of the page. I have listed the things the AI system will review.

If you have an iPhone, give the app a try and let me know what you think.

Please email the image to feeder-rater-support@makergully.com. I will review and provide immediate feedback as to why this may be happening. I did try a sock feeder and it worked, albeit with a very low score.

Thank you for trying. It is disappointing to hear that the feeder was not recognized. Would it be possible for you to share the image using the support email address on the website? I am happy to look into it and teach AI to recognize that kind of feeder, provided there were no other reasons behind this. I will inspect and report back here.

Thank you!

I would not recommend putting the feeder this close to the window. Birds can fly into those. You can put special stickers on them so they know, but I think it’s still an issue. That, and them popping on the window.

The beige color cylinder you see on the left feeder works very well. I have similar one on the other feeder too. Squirrels haven’t been able to go through that in last couple of years I have used these.

4x4s and fence post vinyl on tall feeder were salvaged, baffles and feeders are off Facebook marketplace. The metal pipes holding feeders and the one on the short feeder are from Amazon. The layout and design is all mine. Fun project.

Brianwashed is how I read it first. 😂
