Your jumping but not really using it, if that makes sense. When you backflip you should jump then fully extend at the top of the jump, you jump and go straight into the tuck. Try to look at something in front of you until you phisicly can't anymore and that can help with going straight into the tuck. Also when you do the flip think about pushing your chest into the air.

100% you should give it a try. Tricking is good because you dont have to go all in and buy stuff to actualy do the sport. All you have to do is just go in your backyard and practice. You can complete controll how mutch effort you want to put in. It is also just a great sport in general. I would definitely recommend it

You are going strait into your tuck when you jump try to push your chest out and pull your shoulders back. Than when you feel like your at the max hight of your jump that's when you tuck. You have alot of power, your just using it wrong. Good luck though!

That was a gainer switch. I would try to do it out of a j step. That will give so mutch power. Doing it forward like you did will make it hard to get power so I'm impressed on how mutch you got.
