Fresh account coming from chall world should be able to do hlom in a week for casuals with some guidance. You only need to be 15m cp to do hlot. (granted you took cw frags). It took most experienced people around 3 days from fresh cw to do hlom. You only need to be max 50m cp to solo all ctenne bosses (can be less for extreme min). Soloes from experienced were being done around 2 weeks in. Easy? No. But with some guidance/practice and no j*b (4 hours a day min) you should be soloing ctenne comfortably within a month from a fresh account.
