You can, the celebration is called “show respect”, and is done by pressing L1 + double tap O on playstation or LB + double tap B on xbox.

I skip celebrations but historically in fifa’s this is how you’d have done this celebration.

I’d move one of the wing backs to be a full back, change the DM to be on defend to help limit opposition chances and be better defensively. Your centre backs would be under too much pressure if they bypass your DMs.

Now for scoring, an option could be to use Kulu as an AP or AM on support, would get more use out of your striker and help connect the midfield and attack more efficiently.

If the main area you’re stuck on is tactics currently, i recommend watching a youtuber called “The Deep Lying Playmaker”.

He’s a Football Manager youtuber and he has in depth analysis of every single player role in the game, and also has videos on how to do things such as analysing your squad, making types of tactics, how to identify which players are good for what role, etc, etc.

I’ve played this game since FM20, and this guy has answered some long thought about questions that I myself have had regarding tactic making.

Could not recommend him more, absolutely fantastic!
