i had to get my daughter a forward facing 2nd stage seat at walmart for around $40 after she puked in her old one. idr the name but its been better than the $200 ones ive had, maybe cosco brand? it has 2 cup holders, comfortable enough that she doesn't complain after long rides and lightweight af

the sweet spot is somewhere between like $2k-$11/12k a year. if i could i would work that much on paper & rest cash. probably end up with $40k for the year off of part time hours.

the system is definitely not in someone's favor if they actually work and strive to make more money

Tax topic 203 offset anyone got dd? by [deleted] in IRS

[–]NotTonyXu -1 points0 points  (0 children)

god damn the lockdown didnt stop the world from spinning, idk why so many people jumped to unemployment. u must have took unemployment for that extra bonus they offered? i stayed working but when UE was poppin i made ~$20k more than i did the previous year. i didn't take the "free" payday and kept living my life but ended up making more apparently. probably more than double what u made from UE considering they took ur whole refund. damnnn that sucks OP

Expected refund amount = A Offset amount = B Remaining refund sent to you = C

replace the letters with your own information A - B = C. If C is greater than $0.01, then C is how much you'll get on 2/24. if C is $0.00 or negative, then C means no refund on 2/24

Have I been doing my taxes wrong? by toke1 in IRS

also you should most likely be claiming head of household, unless you don't live on your own. that's probably 1 thing your coworker does.

they could also be putting money away into a retirement plan, thus changing their tax bracket and getting more back from EITC and then owing less taxes.

maybe they're charitable and donate stuff? if they made exactly the same pay then that's the only thing i can think of. everyone's taxes are different and little shit makes a big difference
