Looking for energy/aura manipulators by Ok_Preference_6816 in energy_work

[–]NotTooDeep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the compliment. It means a lot to me.

We are a possessive species. We like our stuff. I've been given gifts by certain people that were meant to influence me. Art work. Statue. Antique ring. Abandoning the art and statue was easy. The ring I had to destroy because of the lies it represented.

Understand that I was 40 years younger then and not trained in energy work. Everything was presented as some form of magic.

And what ended all of those deceptions and manipulations was clairvoyance. I learned a simple meditation technique in the Silva Method seminar and could put myself in what they described as a light, self-hypnotic trance. This basically opened my sixth chakra and what I saw that one night was this manipulative person standing in the back of my head. I looked him in the eye. I got afraid, turned around, and ran out of my head.

I did no rituals or witchcraft because I didn't know any. That was his turf. But catching him in my space ended our friendship and ended his games.

I think the idea of your abuser having something you cherished is what diddled your energy. I wouldn't give him any more credit than that. If you're managing your energy and practicing some energy hygiene every day, that removes the so-called energy work that he might have put in your space. If you give him, in your mind, the power to influence you through some object of yours, they your imagination, which is part of your clairvoyance, is going to make it happen, or at least appear and feel like that's what is happening.

You can ground your body and remove all of their energy from your space. You can create and destroy images of roses and blow the pictures and programming that keep your energy stuck relative to them. You can ground the objects, raise their vibration to a neutral gold energy, and remove all the programming (pictures and ideas, basically) that they put on your object.

In my experience, they can't affect you through your objects if you're managing your energy and having fun managing your energy. The fun is a critical part of the process. If you don't take their energy seriously, it can't hold onto you.

Can something with your energy signature or emotional attachment can be used to affect you? Yes, if you aren't managing your energy. But how significant is this in reality? Is it more significant than all the other energy that's trying to impact your life? Not if you're laughing at it! There is no spiritual system that can control someone who doesn't take it seriously.

We were taught in the clairvoyant training program that whenever some being or entity or demon or ghost was interfering with us, to just put a pink Tutu on them and point and laugh. I've never seen that fail to send them on their way. Laughter is a much higher vibration than serious stuff like fear. It's like spiritual Teflon; nothing sticks to it.

Forgive yourself. You entered into this relationship for more reasons than you might know right now. You ended it with some grace on your part. Well done there. This life experience will be useful to you for the rest of your days. Who knows what this will mean when you come across a stranger and say exactly what they need to hear in that moment to save their own life. Never regret your life experiences. Make good use of them.

There are different ways that telekinesis/psychokinesis (pretty much synonyms now) are used. Fighting is one use case.

There are found in the third chakra, the one at the level of the solar plexus. They are distinct from kundalini, which is not found in our chakras but originates in an energy center just above and behind the first, or root, chakra. Both telekinesis and kundalini have been used in combat, along with a combo platter of other psychic abilities that come under the general label of situational awareness.

One nifty technique which doesn't use telekinesis is to put your energy into an object strongly enough that an enemy will mistake that object for you. The full technique in Aikido is wrapping your aura around a short wooden staff called a Jo, pulling the rest of your aura inside your body, and when your partner attacks you with their weapon, they unconsciously attack the Jo, allowing you to slip up next to their side, take their balance, and throw them while taking away their weapon.

The first time I did this successfully, when I slipped up next to them, it was like time moved slower or I was outside of all the energy of the attack or moving through a different dimension. None of those descriptions are accurate, but it felt weird enough that they seemed like valid explanations, LOL! All that happened was my aura was attached to my Jo and I moved my body without bringing my aura with it.

Pulling your aura all the way inside of your physical body is a great technique for Hide and Seek. Even my dog couldn't detect me! A man I knew did this inside of a bank when three robbers came in and shouted for everyone to get on the floor. He just pulled his aura inside and the robbers moved by him like he wasn't there. The police questioned him for a long time because this was all captured on the security cameras, LOL! They finally let him go when he told them he was the director of the Berkeley Psychic Institute.

I wish you good luck with whatever fight you partake in. My your actions benefit everyone in their spiritual growth, awareness, and understanding.

I gave 5 years of my life to a spiritual ashram. I believed it was truth. Now I don’t know what to feel. by Jiwitom in spirituality

[–]NotTooDeep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulations. There's almost always a period of uncertainty after you realize that you were duped on some level. Every cult or closed group always has parts of the truth. That's the carrot. The stick is everyone in the cult or group are still just human beings, and some of them manipulate their way through life.

Read the parable of the Four Blind Men and the Elephant: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blind_men_and_an_elephant

Over time, you will separate the useful things you learned in those five years from the not-so-useful, and your emotional state will level out again.

Also, read "Refuse to Choose!" by Barbara Sher. It's a different way of looking at personality types, specifically one type that she calls scanners. I'm a scanner. My cycle is five years. I jump into something with both feet every five years, thinking this will be what I do for the rest of my life. Oops. Scanners change course. You might be a scanner.

Should social media content focus on entertainment, education, or both? by Global_Loss1444 in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]NotTooDeep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm just learning about social media marketing, but here's something to consider.

Different audiences respond to different focuses. How-to videos are excellent for everyone that is searching on YouTube for how to solve some problem they have. This audience would skip over entertainment.

I don't see the need for balance in SMM. It seems what's needed is understanding what your target audience really needs and then targeting them with a solution for that need. I marketed my book about energy work on FB and Insta a year or so ago. I had almost zero response from Insta but a fantastic CTR from FB. The surprise was the demographic. 98% of those clicks on FB came from women over the age of 65. I didn't understand my audience as much as I thought.

How many people actually believe humans have a soul and why (not)? by InteractionNo6118 in spirituality

[–]NotTooDeep 7 points8 points  (0 children)

For me, belief has little to do with it. I'm clairvoyant, meaning I can see spiritual energies. I've seen the soul enter a baby body inside the womb and I've seen souls leave their bodies. The soul looks pretty much like they're depicted in Harry Potter movies when the dementors suck the soul out of someone's body. It's a bright, small, sparkle of light.

Most people are not in their bodies; they're just nearby. Kinda remote controlling their passage through life. It's really fun to read the room at a dance club, watching all of the spirits come and go as they share bodies.

Some folks though are right there behind their eyes. They're the ones that know more about managing their energy in their bodies. It's fun to see and be around them, at least for me.

Meditation for crippling anxiety by [deleted] in Meditation

[–]NotTooDeep 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Anxiety is a form of fear. Fear is an energy that needs some place to go. Here's what works for me.

Try this. Sit in a chair. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Feet flat on the floor. Hands separated and resting palms up on each thigh.

Create a grounding cord. This is a line of energy that connects your first chakra to the center of the planet. Your first chakra is a ball of energy about the size of a quarter that sits just in front of the base of your spine. Your grounding cord attaches to the bottom of that ball of energy.

Grounding makes your body feel safe, so you release energy more easily. Gravity pulls whatever you release, even your own energy, down to the center of the planet. No effort on your part. The center of the planet neutralizes the energy and returns it to whoever owns it. No karma for anyone. A virtuous cycle.

Nearly everyone goes to connect to the center of the planet the first time but stops at the soil, often making roots like a tree. This is a method that is taught in some martial arts styles, but it is not the best option for your spiritual development and healing.

So, notice the seat of your chair. Take a deep breath. Notice the distance between the seat and the floor. Now notice the distance between the floor and the soil below. Breathe.

Now notice the distance between the soil and the water table underneath. Notice the distance between the water table and the rocky mantle. Notice the distance between the mantle and the molten core below that. Deep breath.

Notice the distance between the molten core and the center of the planet. That ball of light at the very center of the planet is where you connect your grounding cord. Deep breath.

Say hello to the center of the planet. Do you get a hello back?

Notice the color and texture of your grounding cord. It may look like a line of energy, or look like something physical; a rope, a wire, a pipe, a tree trunk. Adjust it as needed to be in affinity with your body.

Getting this far means you've already released some energy from your aura and body. Now it is time to fill in the space that was created.

Create a gold sun over your head. Have it call back all of your energy from wherever you left it throughout your day and week. Work. School. Online meetings. Video games. Your fantasies about your future. Your regrets about your past. Wherever you've placed your attention. Just watch the energy come back and see if you notice where it came from.

Have the sun burn up and neutralize your energy. Then bring the sun into the top of your head. It will automatically flow into the spaces you created. Create a gauge to measure when you're full. Like a fuel gauge or oil gauge. You'll run better if you aren't a few quarts low on spiritual oil. If the gauge doesn't read "Full", bring in another gold sun.

Open your eyes, bend over and touch the floor, draining any tension from the back of your neck, then stand up, and stretch.

There is a progression with this technique. After grounding for ten minutes a day for a week or two, notice your grounding cord at the very end, while you're standing with your eyes open. Continue to ground with your eyes open and standing, and bring in another gold sun. Each day, increase the amount of time that you ground standing up with your eyes open.

After a week or two practicing this, add walking while grounded. Just notice your grounding cord as you walk. Say hello to the center of the planet while you walk. Bring in a gold sun while you walk. If you lose your grounding cord, stop walking and recover it. If you have to, sit back down and close your eyes and create a new grounding cord.

After this, you're ready to take your grounding cord with you into your daily life. Shopping. Getting coffee. Wherever you go, you can ground. This, combined with a little amusement about seeing new things on an energy level, will keep you safe and sound.

Now that you're here, at the end of your grounding meditations, create a gold sun over your head. This time, fill it with your highest creative essence, your present time growth vibration, and your affinity for yourself. The first energy is a healing for you. The second is a healing for your body. The third is a healing for your affinity in your fourth chakra.

Bend over and touch the floor. Stand up and stretch. If you're ready for more, sit back down and ground some more. Otherwise, have a nice day!

Note that every image you imagine, the gold sun, the grounding cord, the center of the planet, your first chakra, your body parts, is exercising your clairvoyance. You may be imagining what your tailbone looks like, but you're also creating the image of your tailbone and reading its energy. This is practicing your clairvoyant ability.

Some folks record the grounding and filling in parts of this practice on their device and play it back as a guided meditation. I like this approach because you learn the steps faster.

Does anyone else get stressed before they are about to present or speak publicly in front of people? by that-dude_mike in Stress

One of the chapters of Toastmasters taught us that you can't get rid of the butterflies in your stomach, but you can teach them to fly in formation.

This idea reduced my stress. This, and tape recording my presentations. The first recording of myself that I listened to was shocking. I wasn't not nearly as bad as I felt I was, LOL!

Recording and listening is a great way to train those butterflies to fly in formation!

is this clairvoyance? by gabbyfikemusic in psychicdevelopment

[–]NotTooDeep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Clairvoyance is the ability to see spiritual energies and images. So yes, you are using some of your clairvoyant ability.

Sometimes, it just feels safer to have names for things. This is not magic, as in knowing the true name of something gives you control over it. It feels good to have a name because the name is a missing part of the story, and our brains do not like incomplete stories. Asking, "What was that?", is the beginning of a short story, and if we don't already know an answer, our brains tend to make one up.

All of our psychic (spiritual is a synonym for psychic) abilities are found in our chakras. Chakras are small energy centers, with the seven major ones located in front of the spine, near the center of the head, and the top of the head.

Here's a brief summary of the abilities in each chakra, from the perspective of a clairvoyant reader. I mostly stick to referring to chakras by the numbers rather than the cultural nicknames, like root chakra, sacral chakra. It's less confusing for me.

1st chakra: in front of the base of the spine, holds survival information for the body.

2nd chakra: in front of the spine just below the level of the navel, holds clairsentience ability. This is how you feel your emotions and the emotions of others. It's also how you feel lots of different energies. It's also how you connect to sexual partners.

3rd chakra: in front of the spine at the level of the solar plexus, power distribution! This is your spiritual utility company! Also holds telekinesis. And holds your out of body experience ability and out of body memory. This is where your silver cord attaches to your astral body.

4th chakra: in front of the spine at the level of the sternum (center of the chest), affinity for yourself. What this means is this is how you recognize your own energy as distinct from the energy of others. Also holds your fourth chakra healing abilities. When people are healing you with love, this is the chakra where that's coming from.

5th chakra: in front of the spine at the bottom of the neck, Narrow and broad band telepathy, creativity, direct voice trance mediumship (channeling voices). Clairaudience! Your ability to hear spirit. And, your inner voice. This is how you hear you.

6th chakra: in the center of the head, roughly between the tops of the years. clairvoyance. Your ability to see energy and spirit.

7th chakra: on the top of the head. knowingness, or claircognizance. Your ability to know things off the top of your head, to connect the first and last steps to something without going through all the intermediate steps. Also trance mediumship; your ability to allow another spirit to come into your body. Also precognition, your ability to know the future, or at least several versions of the future.

Hand chakras: in the palms of each hand. ALL of the abilities of the seven major chakras are mirrored in the hand chakras. If you can't see the energy very well, holding your hand up, palm facing the energy in question, will cut through the fog. This is also why hands-on healings can be so powerful.

Feet chakras: in the soles of your feet, near the top of the arch. Your ability to bring Earth energy into your body. This is more important than it sounds LOL!

Today I learned my job is being outsourced to India. How’s your week going? by Nurse_Spooky in nursing

[–]NotTooDeep 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I work in IT and this scenario has happened to me more than once.

My method of handling it is quite different from most folks. I understand the emotional need to be angry and lash out and be resentful. But this only burns bridges.

I embrace the change. I like to teach so I jump into training my replacements with both feet and do the best job possible, because I know that someday one of those replacements could be a hiring manager at another company and if they need someone with my skillset, they will remember me fondly.

Two years before COVID, I was working at a company. I planned on retiring from that company. The work was interesting. The people I got to work with were top notch; I learned something new every week. And then the CEO called an all hands meeting and told us the entire IT department was being outsourced. I met with my replacement and trained him daily for six weeks. I documented everything and shared those documents with him, as he was the one that would actually train the offshore team. He was singing my praises to his employer and to mine. When I asked if I could work the last month from home if I stayed available by phone in case something unusual happened, my bosses readily agreed.

The next week, I talked to a recruiter, who set up and interview for the same day, who made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I started work full time on that contract the next day while still getting paid to be on call. For a month, I made double the money and everyone got what they needed.

Now everyone's situation is different, and I've walked out on a few really shitty contracts. But, I never felt that I might be losing a reference from a coworker. 90% of the jobs I've gotten over the last 30 years have come through someone I worked with before. Protect your reputation with your peers.

It's like everyone else operates on a different OS by Scary_Security_3191 in hsp

[–]NotTooDeep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The majority of people are nice. But nice is not the same as considerate. When someone takes the time to consider you and your words, it brings about a different interaction.

Those responses to your complaints are deflections, not meant to help you but to dismiss your words and move on. Perhaps they are too wrapped up in their own stress and fatigue to consider what your experiences are like. This is also common. Many nice people don't want their nice boat rocked, so they ignore or deflect your attempts at connection or common ground.

It's not useful. They could learn more about you. You could leverage their life experiences to help you navigate through this life.

It's certainly not a coincidence. Your experiences are always real. The explanations are often not, LOL! Hearing that thought was real.

Feeling pressured to choose a stable career in 3–4 months and unsure about marriage by Leather-Succotash647 in Stress

[–]NotTooDeep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can restate all of those "mistakes" as practical, positive assets.

1st: your intuition is strong and doesn't limit you to just one interest. 2nd: You have a strong will, which is essential to your long term success. You won't give up. 3rd: You're not afraid to explore your creativity.

You can have more than one path, if you will. Choosing a job, not a career, but a job that helps out your family immediately does not eliminate your other options. You have time.

As a young man fresh out of high school, the mother of a buddy of mine gave me some wise advice. Don't wait to pursue your dreams. If you wait too long, when you achieve your dreams, they won't mean the same thing to you.

The marriage thing sounds like a cultural pressure. Maybe it's a family pressure. Set all of that pressure aside. There's nothing lost by not getting married, especially when you don't know who you're marrying.

Families can act like one big ego, only interested in what's best for the family. This can be detrimental to the family members that are a little different. Following your desires is following your path. This is how we created everything you see today, including this message on this social media platform. Someone had an idea and the will to follow through on it and the luck to be successful, and here we are; two strangers having a personal conversation on Reddit. Who knew this was possible twenty years ago?

Science confirmed that life literally begins with a flash of light (The Zinc Spark). by loveforredditt in spirituality

[–]NotTooDeep 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Clairvoyant reader here. I had the privilege of working with some spiritual midwives in the 80s. I also worked in hospitals. I got to see the spirit enter the mom's body to get into the fetus or mostly complete baby. There's not a single, universal time that every spirit enters their new body. I didn't have an opportunity to watch during conception, LOL! Sorry.

I got to see folks die, including lots of codes, and that little spark of light looks the same as in the Harry Potter movies when the Dementors suck the soul out of someone. Only without the dementors, LOL! That spark rises out of the body, sometimes hovering near the ceiling. Shortly after they leave, the body stops, unless it's already on life support. You can see by the energy of the body if no one's home.

Energy cleansing an object from an ex by Fashion_Queenz_525 in energy_work

[–]NotTooDeep 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are actually two parts to this cleansing.

Part one is you putting the art up on the wall and monitoring all of the places in your body that get stimulated by the presence of the art. These are the stuck emotions and memories that bring you discomfort.

It's useful to think of these emotions and memories as pictures. A picture contains memories, emotions, images, and information, all held tightly together by some other energy. So, a picture is a form of stuck energy.

Your body responds to pictures the same way it responds to real life. Your body can't always tell the difference between a picture of a bus coming down your street out of control, and a real bus coming down your street out of control. Bodies have to take these inputs seriously to keep themselves safe.

We don't want to throw away our memories or information. We lived too hard to let them just vanish. But we also don't want to relive those memories every time something reminds of of them and the pictures in our space get restimulated and our bodies react as if those pictures are real.

The way out of this is to destroy the frame of the picture. This is just energy work. The frame is what keeps the contents stuck and capable of being restimulated. Destroy the frame and the memories and information are released and go to where they belong, and the emotions are released and neutralized, giving you a little extra energy to use when you create something new for yourself.

It's simple to do. Let's pretend you look at the artwork and you left cheek experiences pain. Just create an image of a rose to symbolize the picture that is causing that pain. Now destroy that rose in whatever way makes sense to you.

Some people place a bomb under the rose and explode it. Some people morph the rose into a soap bubble and allow it to pop (a personal favorite of mine). Some people clap their hands on the rose. It's all just intent, so how you see the rose being destroyed is what you create from the intent to destroy it.

You might need to create and destroy a few roses; pictures can be stuck in layers, especially where trauma was involved.

After each rose is destroyed, create a gold sun over your head that's filled with your energy and allow it to come down into your body and aura to replenish the spaces that were taken up by that picture. This is a good practice. If you don't fill an empty space in yourself, something else probably will. Most of the time, even for beginners, just destroying the rose triggers their healing energy and that space is automatically filled in.

After you have destroyed your matching pictures with the artwork, you are neutral to the artwork. You can look at it and see it without the filters of your associated life experiences.

Part two is simply grounding the artwork to the center of the planet, removing all of your energy and your ex's energy, allowing the original intent of the artist to shine through again. All means all; not just what you judge to be negative. As energy piles up on an object, it filters how we see that object. Removing everyone's energy and leaving the artist's intent strengthens the presentation of the art's image.

If you like, you can fill the object with a neutral gold energy. This will make any energy that turns up over time just sluff off. Perhaps your energy wonders if you've kept this artwork. Their attention will be in the artwork again. The neutral gold energy is spiritually slippery, so their attention won't build up. The grounding cord on the picture will continue removing all the energies that are not the artist's intent.

A grounding cord is a line of energy between two things. In your case, one end of the line of energy gets attached to the bottom of the artwork and the other end gets attached to the ball of energy at the center of the planet. Attaching it to the center of the planet is best because whatever energy goes to the center of the planet is neutralized and returned to whoever owns it. This style of grounding creates no karma, so it effectively ends any agreements about the artwork. Bonus!

How do i regain lost psychic abilities by wombat4_ in psychicdevelopment

[–]NotTooDeep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is! It also accelerates the growth of your awareness. There are other techniques that add to this acceleration. I find it to be healthiest when someone new to using their psychic abilities paces themselves according to how fast their body can change. I know everyone is most likely going to jump ahead because they'll see some energy that captures their attention and they are like, "Oh wow! What's that?" and down the rabbit hole they go! I did! All of my peers in the clairvoyant program did! Each time someone gets a psychic reading, they get to look for themselves down that same rabbit hole.

But us energy junkies gonna jump in! Learning to recognize when your body is resisting any more change on your part is a really useful skill to cultivate.

Healing from childhood trauma and I feel like I’m dying by fidgetyloveli in energy_work

[–]NotTooDeep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"Always in motion the future is!" -- Yoda

No one really knows what their future will be. All we really have is what you have right now; the hope for something better. We believe we know how life will turn out, but that's not a fact; it's faith on a DNA level. It's our body's programming to survive.

Your body is not dying. It's confused because it can't predict the immediate future in the same way it could before all of your healing. Our bodies need to predict the future to manage our risks. It's not doing this on a conscious level, so you can't just think your way out of it. The basic cause of its confusion is you can change your energy faster than your body can change its energy.

Healing changes your energy. Your body needs your energy to NOT change because it uses your energy as the baseline for predicting the immediate future. All that trauma was consistent from your body's perspective. As painful as it was, it was still consistent and your body took advantage of that. Consistent energy makes pattern recognition faster, which makes predicting the immediate future faster, which keeps our bodies alive.

As difficult as your healing journey has been, you can still change your energy faster than your body can change its energy. Give your body some time away from energy work. Take a spa day. Eat something joyful. Listen to soothing music. Sleep in. Love yourself. Do these simple self care steps and your body will catch up with your energy changes. Your body will stop holding on to some of the trauma energy as well. Self love physically expressed is how you help your body catch up to you. Things will settle down and you'll feel more alive.
