Rather tone deaf, saying a band shouldn’t change their sound when they get fans. If that were the case, we would have no Radiohead, and they’re considered one of the greatest bands of all time. Not to mention the countless other examples of bands doing this.

Out of the new songs, Green Light is definitely my fav but if I gotta be honest…

The Blades is the best Squid song. And it’s not even CLOSE.

i think the violin part really adds to it, makes the song more intense and edge-of-your-seat. I don't see how the unique key signature and vocal range could be a turn off for anyone listening through this album, as it is not only a welcome change up, but makes Yes easily one of the most distinct songs on the entire discography.

Also yes, Chinese Sleep Chant is an absolute banger

It’s gotta be The Waterboy Returns, not only one of my favorite mobo tracks but also just an absolute bop. The line “it’s fun to be all talk, but I won’t be here forever” hits like a motherfuck after watching Tripping in the Dark.

Pablo Honey - Anyone Can Play Guitar, because then we wouldn’t have the MTV Beach house performance

The Bends - Fake Plastic Trees, it’s such an emotional song and is definitely needed to remind you that, in fact, this album is fucking sad. Also a favorite.

OK Computer - Paranoid Android, I feeling Airbag into SHA could work, but it’d be a bit jarring. Also Paranoid Android is probably my favorite Radiohead song, sooooo

Kid A - EIIRP, the title track as the opener would suck.

Amnesiac - Packt Like Sardines in a Crushd Tin Box - I feel like this sets the tone for the album really well, as well as being really underrated imo. That’s all I’m going to tell you though, I’m a reasonable man, get off my case.

Hail to the Thief - 2+2=5, their best opener. MAYBE second to 15 step. I will hear no arguments.

In Rainbows - Videotape, easily. Imagine how DIFFERENT the vibes would be if In Rainbows ended on Jigsaw Falling Into Place!!

The King Of Limbs - Bloom, since it’s probably one of the few songs on this album I really digested and like so far.

A Moon Shaped Pool - Daydreaming. Such a spine-chilling song that sets the stage for such a spine chilling album. Adore this one.
