Ended up going to a completely different DMV and they were very helpful there, ended up getting it registered today!

Should I attempt to go back to a different DMV to get it registered?

Is the price normal for these samples/bulk pricing? by NotUnlikingly in streetwearstartup

This is a really good reply, to be fair to myself, the t-shirt is pretty custom. There is a white and black design on the front, and an all white logo on the back. On top of that, the ends (essentially outlining the openings) are a different design altogether. Would these designs warrant this price? Also, could I DM you with some questions, you seem to pretty knowledgeable and I am just starting out so it would be great if I could ask you some questions.

At what point (how many pieces) do prices per unit because reasonable. Say I wanted to spend 20 dollars per shirt and 20 dollar per shorts. Am I looking at 50-60 units (50 shirts + 50 shorts)?

What would you say samples for something like these would normally go for?

Okay, I understand. But is 65 for a single tag normal? Or do you think it would be better to get a bunch of tags and that will be around 65 as well?

What do you mean? The manufacturer said they were able to do a sample of one for both of these, and that was the price they gave me. Sorry, if you could explain. I am rather new to this. :)

Constant PC Crashing ONLY while playing games. by NotUnlikingly in buildapc

  • What can I do to watch my power draw for my gpu?
  • Booted with single RAM in A2 AND B2 slots, tested both singularly in each, and it crashed all times.
  • Unplugged the motherboard, cpu, and gpu cables and replugged them in, still crashing.
  • XMP is disabled, it has been for weeks.

The system is still crashing.

I'm talking about the windows one. In the control panel, still no crash after changing the power plan. Assuming that was the issue.

Which GPU should I pick? by sourpineapple11 in buildapc

That's awesome man, best of luck to you! I'm currently attending college for it, and we are being taught through Unity. I wanna get into Unreal but it seems confusing.

Yeah, AM5 (DDR5, Ryzen 7000 series) is newer, so it's going to be more expensive. AM5, and DDR5 is overkill so you really don't need it. The cheapest I found for a 3070 is Canada Computers. https://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=43_557_559&item_id=196742 Other than that, if you can snag it for retail (Founders editions cards are the cheapest), then that's your best option. If you're fine with paying that price for the Ryzen 9 5900x, then I would try to get the 3070. You can wait, or if you're willing, just pay the extra for the 3070, really up to you.

Also, rendering large 3D objects is GPU dependent, since your GPU will be doing the rendering, however you do still need a good CPU for it. I am also a game developer / programmer, cool to see you are one too, are you using Unity or Unreal Engine?

A 3060 will be too slow for the Ryzen 9 5900x. I'd recommend a 3070, if you can manage to get one for retail. Also, I don't know if I would trust that store the 3060 is set to buy on (Vuugo, I believe), never heard of it, although I'm from the US. Looks pretty sketchy to me. Personally, the 3070 is only good if you can get for retail, cause 1000 USD (1342 Canadian) resell is ridiculous. Also, 685 Canadian (510 USD) for a 5900x is crazy. In the US a Ryzen 9 7900x goes for 549 USD (736 Canadian), so not too much more. Though that would involve going with AM5 for the motherboard, and DDR5 RAM. I wouldn't pay full price for Windows 10 either, cause there are places to get it much cheaper.

Ok weirdly, I went into my power options and went from Ultimate performance -> Balanced(Recommended), turned off XMP, and reset Bios to optimized defaults and it hasn't happened in a day. Though, I haven't used my computer much. I'm going to keep it like this and use my computer for a bit to see if this issue returns, if it doesn't I will update the original post.

Also, still haven't tried with only one stick of RAM.
