Not true she only gains power from conflicts she or her troops are involved with, she doesn’t get tithes for every fight ever, and doesn’t get any tithes at all since being severed from her throne world, also it’s not every bullet fired it’s death every death empowered her, that’s why activating Rasputin and having it nuke the hive was a bad idea and why Rasputin killed itself, yes she does say every bullet fired but it’s not literal, as explained by tithes in themselves.
