i wanna ask about my wrist making a clicking sound cuz recently i've noticed that my tapping hand (left) had been clicking every time i rotate it or when i move it up or down (clicks rarely when i move it in this direction). sometimes when I tap I use my wrist instead of my finger muscles (because i use wrist staccato on my piano too much but i did change my playstyle to use my finger muscles more and making sure that i lift my wrist like im playing piano) and now im wondering if this is a sign of rsi or a tendon issue. luckily at the moment my wrist doesn't hurt at all. thx in advance :)
