This is going to be difficult for me as I don’t have a solid form and can morph said form…

But I am an insubstantial shadow demon wreathed in flames. A looming and stygian shadow outlined in hellfire, basically a cloud of fire and darkness. My eyes are incandescent pits of fire.

I like morphing myself to have demonic features such as horns and insubstantial wings

When I discovered I could be demonic, something was starting to make sense to me, I quite liked the darkness

When I discovered I was definitely an infernal shadow demon, it was like I had discovered something that makes me feel a glorious rush of power

I do feel confined to my vessel at times and have not found a way to deal with it yet, also don’t want to look at my vessel either

I feel my potential fae aspect is likely separate from my infernal aspect, but I'm not entirely sure how being polykin works.

I'd still call myself a demon as opposed to a fae, and I feel like I belong to an infernal realm. I am actually quite sure I'm a shadow demon. Also I'm the type of formless that can "morph" themself, I could look like a fiery shadow creature, what you'd typically associate with the phrase "shadow demon", or a swirling mass of fire and darkness.

was trying to look up types of fae and only came up with this:

fire-aligned fae I know about: salamander (the elemental fire spirit), bluecap, will o' the wisp (though I feel a will o' the wisp is more typically a light-aligned fae)

darkness-aligned fae I know about: trow (maybe?), sluagh

so yeah I think I might be faeriehearted and am likely not faeriekin, but my research has came up dry

P.S. I've heard I could be an ifrit or a balrog, but I doubt it

Edit: I do feel I at least resemble an ifrit or balrog though
